He's at the 30.... the 20.... the 10....... TOUCHDOWN
Carson had his first game against Cedar City and he got his first touchdown of the season. Jake threw a great pass just over his shoulder as he ran into the end zone. Carson also caught a pass for an extra point. They won 35 - 6. They played Pineview last week and easily defeated them. They stand 2-0 so far and are having lots of fun.

Carson had his birthday party and invited some of his friends over for dinner, games, and a movie. They all came after practice so they were good and smelly. They all had a great time and he had a great birthday. His dad even came down for his party and to watch his football game.
Stay tuned for more highlights of the football season.
HELP ME, HELP YOU!!!!!
Cambria is doing a little better at remembering. We have limited TV time and she has a check list of things to do each day. Mind you they are simple things like do your homework and put it in your backpack, make your bed, brush you teeth, and take your medicine. (Her medicine is put on the table for her each day, she has to move it to put her cereal bowl down and still forgets to take it. Thus the above title .... Help me, Help you) She loves school and was picked to do show and teach (a step up from show and tell) this week. She took her rock collection. She informed me today that she would like me to help her be smarter. Anyone who has some suggestions, I am all ears.
We love Cambria she makes us laugh daily. As Uncle Brian said "I bet being in Cambria's world is really fun, it's probably like being on a good drug!"
WHO IS THAT MASKED BABY?
So I was making lunch for Cyrie one day and there was silence.........
I started calling her and she didn't reply. My search began- her bedroom, Carson's bedroom, then my bedroom. As I entered my bedroom I heard my bathroom drawer shut. I kn
ew instantly what was up since this is not the first time. Apparently I need a harsher discipline for this child since she doesn't care what I say or do at this point in her two year old life! I entered the bathroom and found this! She loves make up and that's all I'm going to say about that.
Although she is busy, busy, busy and always into something, here is a picture that's a bit sweeter.
We went up north for a weekend and while we were up there us girls went with Grandma Scott and Grandma Susan on the Frontrunner train. We went to the Clark Planetarium and the Gateway. The girls played in the water and had a great time. Cyrie loved riding the train because she didn't have to be buckled in a car seat.
BUMP, SET, SPIKE
Helena made the volleyball team at her middle school we are hoping that motivates her to turn her homework in. I know it is hard to remember homework when you go to school. At least it is for Helena and Cambria.
GOING DOWN TO CHINA TOWN
Aaron has been in China with his parents and had a great time. They went to Shanghai and Beijing. Now he has a lot of make up work at school and work. He is interning with a Psychiatrist and is enjoying that. That's what he wants to be when he grows up although he did think that the business market in China was cool. He hasn't sent me pictures to post yet but I know he's been busy.
As for Rob and I we are still doing the same old thing. Managing the kids, work, and trying to stay sane. (I'll take any suggestions for that too!)

So it's time for the OLYMPICS !!!!
I love to watch the olympics and how about the opening ceremonies! That was awsome!
It's also time for back to school. I think that I have washed every ounce of clothing in this house. Backpacks are packed, first day clothes are laid out, monday the lunch money will be paid and then it's off you go. I am kind of sad to see this day, I have really enjoyed having my kids home. Back to school means that I have to find a babysitter on thursdays so I can work my back to back nights.
So the Washington County Fair was the same old germ infested freak show that it always hase been. We went on Saturday night and it was ok until about 7pm and then the freak show started. Teenage boys that wore more makeup that me and the girls that participated in the unspoken contest of who can wear the least amount of clothing. I can't forget the white trach parents that are lucky to have more that 3 teeth, and use a combonation of Jack Daniels and Kentucky Wiskey for mouthwash. Anyone who has ever been to the county fair in any part of the country know what I am talking about.
They older kids still loved going on the old rickety, brokedown, rides that twist you upside down and spin you around until your brain is scrambled. Can you say HAND SANITIZER !!!

Cyrie tried the Carosel and the Oriental Express. She was hanging on me for dear life but she said that she had fun.
The newest addition to her vocabulary is "Thank you very much", "Boat", "Jimmy's funny" (Uncle Jimmy) and anything she hears anyone say. She is the echo that we all hear. She says full sentences if you listen close.
DOWN, SET .........
Carson is starting Football on monday it's the first official practice. Look for news and photo's to come.

TEEN PREP:
It has been fun to have Helena with us for the last few weeks. She is such a teenager. I am getting a taste of the teenage years to come. She is a 13 year old who likes to sleep until 12 noon and eat non-stop. Yet, she remains a tall stick figure! Dang that metabolism thing!
We went boating with Uncle Jimmy and Aunt Leslie when we were up on Ogden last weekend. Everyone tried wakeboarding and we all rode the tube, including the shortest one. Thanks Jim and Leslie! All the kids think Uncle Jimmy is cool. You'll see why when you see the pictures. He is the one that is upside down.
INTRODUCING:
Aaron is now 17 years old and it has been fun getting to know him the past few months through e-mails. He's a great guy. This is the latest photo with his girlfriend. (Sorry for those who have teenage daughters, he's taken. I know he's a hotty.)

What Time is it? Summer Time
So Schools out yeah I think I am as excited as the kids are.
Carson ended the year with stellar grades and competed in the hershey track meet and made it to county in the 200, the 400 and the long jump. He was asked to do the relay and took 1st place. He attended a football camp and learned a lot. He is looking forward to the upcoming football season. He is staying up late playing with friends and taking it easy.
Cambria is bored already and has watched every episode of Hannah Montana, That's so Raven, Suite Life of Zack and Cody that has ever been made. I bought her some books to read this summer she is going to start on those.
Cyrie is excited to have her siblings home with her. I think that Nemo is burned out and she has started in on Monsters Inc. and the Increadibles. She is learning every day and is so stinking smart. Her new thing is trying to wink. It is hillarious! She loves to bounce on the trampoline or on the bed. She moved into Cambria's room this week they are both excited about that. We'll see how much sleep the two of them get.
Rob is getting excited to go to the US Open with his brother and for Helena to visit. What a great fathers day present. Fun Fun Fun.
As for me I am still trying to keep up with all the above. This is why I only blog every quarter. We will be planning weekly summer field trips I'll let you know how it goes. Anyway, happy reading and I hope that you all have a great summer also.

Whew the Holidays are over and we are headed to a new year.
Carson is playing basketball right now and is having fun. He is on a new team and has had to make some new friends. He continues to do well in school and has a fun personality that is shining through.
Cambria is enjoying her Hannah Montana electric guitar that she got for Christmas and now wants to take guitar lessons. I might take them with her.
Cyrie is busy as ever. She now can not only open the doors but she can reach up about 6 inches onto the counter. She likes to feel what little things are left up there for her entertainment and pleasure. We have to make sure that scissors, pencils, and anything else dangerous, are off the counter. She is busy, busy, busy.
Rob is staying busy selling cars and doing better. He got called as the Service Coordinator for our church and will be busy with that calling.
I am still busy at work. Some days I would like to pass out birth control on the corners. I shouldn't complain it is good job security. We are getting excited for Grandma and Grandpa Scott to come home in February. We have missed them terribly.
We hope that all of our friends and family had a great Holiday Season. It was fun to see all of your Christmas Cards.
